We primarily deliver orders to business customers throughout Europe and the United States.
Delivery to other countries or regions may be available upon request. Availability, applicable restrictions, and additional costs will be evaluated individually.
2. Order Processing
Order processing times depend on product availability, order quantity, destination, and any specific customer requirements.
Once an order has been reviewed, GTM Tools will provide the customer with an order confirmation containing the applicable shipping arrangements, estimated delivery time, and shipping costs.
3. Shipping Methods
The shipping method is selected according to the size, weight, value, and destination of the order.
Smaller items may be shipped using standard parcel delivery services.
Heavy, oversized, or industrial equipment may be transported using freight carriers or specialised logistics providers.
4. Freight Deliveries
Deliveries to commercial and industrial locations are available.
Additional services, including liftgate delivery, limited-access delivery, unloading assistance, or inside delivery, may be arranged where available and may result in additional charges.
Customers are responsible for:

5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on product availability, order size, destination, selected carrier, and current logistics conditions.
The estimated delivery time will be calculated and communicated to the customer during the order confirmation process.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates unless explicitly confirmed otherwise in writing.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on factors including:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customs duties, import taxes, local fees, and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt or transport documentation before accepting the shipment.
GTM Tools must be notified as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Photographs and relevant delivery documents may be required to process a claim.
